Returns

New, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in perfect condition;
Be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Food products and chew toys

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, food products and chew items are final sale.

Our Zen Satisfaction Promise

We are confident that your dog will love their Zen Bag! If one of the items is not a hit with your companion, contact us. We will find a solution so that they can fully enjoy their chewing experience.

Damaged product or order error

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the product and packaging.

We will correct the situation as soon as possible.
